Ya Mei no.1
from the series: Love Doll By Xiaoxiao Xu
In early 2012, Xiaoxiao and her colleague, Marco van Duyvendijk visited the Ya Mei Plastic Factory. This small factory in Zhejiang province, China produces love dolls. Xu made a book entitled Love Doll Factory, as a tribute to the factory and its workers.
